On 28 July, the first batch of ‘remove the posted list to bid’ projects of Nantong were published officially. There were in total 11 projects on the list. The reward reached 57.2 million Yuan. Among them, 10 projects were posted by municipal science and technology bureau and enterprises together, to target ‘strangling’ difficult problems; 1 project was posted by municipal science and technology bureau, which was about common technical demand.

This year technological system reform was boosted in Nantong. ‘Remove the posted list to bid’ was implemented first in Jiangsu in 16 superior industrial chains. ‘Strangling’ technologies which need to be tackled and crucial core technologies projects were open for bidding to the society in the form of posted list. There was no restrictions on applicants, no matter they are in scientific research institutes, universities or enterprises, outstanding applicants can ‘tear off the posted list’.

Applicants shall be universities, research institutes, technological enterprises with research and development abilities, or complex of them. The joint bidding post is open to the state, and individual post is open to Jiangsu province. Organizations which are interested are welcome to apply before 31 August.
