In offshore wind power construction all industrial chain core equipment manufacture field, another ‘first one in the world’ new wonder of our country will fill the gap in the world. On 24 March morning, 6000 KJ+ super large hydraulic pile driving hammer project whose research and development is led by Jiangsu Longyuan Zhenhua marine engineering Co., Ltd., signed cooperation agreement at Nantong International Convention & Exhibition Center. The breakthrough development in the core equipment, will play a decisive role in future high quality development of offshore wind power in our country. At the same time, the technology will go to international market. China will take a leading role in the field.

Up to now, among the pile driving hammers used in construction in the world, the largest blow energy is only 4000 KJ, the pile helmet diameter is only 7.6 m.

As one of the only 3 enterprises which can produce large pile driving hammer, Longyuan Zhenhua worked together with enterprises, universities and research institutes including China Forging Machinery Co., Ltd., China first heavy industries, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Beijing Institute of Technology, Southeast University, and Yangjiang offshore wind power laboratory, carried out production, learning and research cooperation, researched and developed hydraulic pile driving hammer whose blow energy can reach 6000 KJ+, and pile helmet diameter reaches 9.08 m independently. The major technical parameters are far ahead of same similar products.
