From 10 to 11 July, teachers and students of Magyar - Kinai Ket Tanitasi Nyelvu came to Nantong for sister school cultural exchange activity. It was also the first time that Hungary came to Nantong for international education exchange at the school level.

In the two days in Nantong, Erica, teacher of Magyar - Kinai Ket Tanitasi Nyelvu and students visited Qixiu North Middle School, Cheng Zhong Primary School, and Nantong High School, went to Nantong Langshan National Forest Park, Nantong Museum, Nantong Museum of Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture, and Nantong Blue Calico Museum, to experience Jianghai culture.

In Nantong Langshan National Forest Park, teachers and students from Hungary overlooked the Yangtze River. They were amazed by the width of the Yangtze River and busy traffic on the water. Erica said, ‘I will tell what I see and hear to my friends.’

In the exhibition area of Nantong Blue Calico Museum, teachers and students from Hungary got to know the patterns with traditional meaning, experienced the craftsmanship of blue and white transformation, and got their respective Nantong gifts.

Teachers and students of Hungary said that by the visits and looks in two days, they got to know the history and culture of Nantong and excellent traditional culture of China.

Magyar - Kinai Ket Tanitasi Nyelvu is a full time public school built by Chinese and Hungarian governments together. It was founded in September 2004. It belongs to Hungarian Compulsory Education System. Students can learn Chinese systematically in the school for 12 years. It was awarded ‘overseas Chinese education demonstration school’ of Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council.
