A few days ago, the 62 Nantong textile and fabric enterprises which participated in the 2024 Heimtextil which opened on 9th January returned with a full load.

As a professional home textile exhibition with relatively large scale and influence in the world, Heimtextil has always been a major fair for Nantong enterprises. The total area of the fair is 280 thousand square meters. Over 2800 exhibitors from more than 60 countries participated in the fair. The Nantong enterprises which participated include Nantong Sailin Textile Co., Ltd. and Nantong Aomian Textile Co., Ltd. The exhibits cover various types including home textile, household goods, fabric and accessories. During the fair, by face-to-face communication, a lot of foreign enterprises reached cooperation intentions with Nantong enterprises.

The reporter learnt from municipal bureau of commerce that including the Heimtextil, in the first quarter, Nantong has organized five major international fairs such as Uzbekistan International Construction Exhibition, the Makers・Apparel Show in Japan, Vietnam International Trade Fair for Apparel, Textiles and Textile Technologies and Asia Pacific Maritime 2024 in Singapore. Up to now in total 121 companies have signed up to participate.

Apart from that, Nantong will continue to carry out ‘Nantong Export Brand’ event. Uzbekistan International Construction Exhibition and the ‘Nantong Export Brand’ event at Asia Pacific Maritime are in active preparation.
