Recently, Ms. Hilary Mercer, the acting vice president of project and operation department of Fortune Global 500 enterprise Shell Group, and her delegation visited Yanda (Haimen) Heavy Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., to witness the signing of a new framework cooperation agreement between Shell Group and Yanda Heavy Industries.

Shell Group is the largest oil company in the world. It is a major oil, natural gas and petrochemical manufacturer in the world. It is also the largest motor fuel and lubricant retailer in the world. Yanda (Haimen) Heavy Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is the modular manufacturer and designer under Yanda Group. In 2012, Yanda Heavy Industries became the first enterprise in the world which signed a ten-year module construction agreement with Shell.

According to the new corporate framework cooperation agreement signed this time, both parties will carry out detailed cooperation in aspects such as new energy modular construction, and design and construction of high value-added top modules of offshore platforms.
