On 20th February, Nantong released the 2025 postdoctoral recruitment announcement, recruiting 160 outstanding young PhDs from local and foreign places to carry out postdoctoral research work, to assist the industrial and technological innovation of Nantong.
Nantong postdoctoral recruitment includes 4 types: mobile station recruitment, workstation independent recruitment, workstation joint recruitment and base joint recruitment. This time, a total of 94 organizations have prepared 110 project requirements, including 3 national mobile stations, 50 national workstations (substations), 41 provincial postdoctoral innovation and practice bases. The professional requirements for PhD candidates are mainly concentrated in materials science and engineering, mechanical engineering, electronic information, shipbuilding and marine engineering, textile science and engineering, clinical medicine, basic medicine, etc. The project implementation period is usually 2 to 3 years. More than 2.2 billion yuan is planned to be invested in research funding. The annual salary of a full-time postdoctoral fellow is generally 250,000 to 500,000 yuan. Exceptionally outstanding talents can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
