On 9 July, ‘overseas Chinese in five continents - meeting in Jiangsu’ overseas Chinese leaders seminar was held on spot in Nantong. 35 overseas Chinese leaders from 29 countries such as America, Britain and France attended the economic and trade cooperation docking conference and got to know the investment environment of Nantong.

The event is the first high level economic and trade cooperation docking conference held for overseas Chinese leaders in our city. The participants were mainly influential and representative entrepreneurs among the local overseas Chinese population. While in Nantong, they visited places such as Dasheng group, Nantong museum Zhang Jian exhibition hall and 3D exhibition center of Nantong economic and technological development, to know the development conditions of economy, society and culture of Nantong.
