On 3 September, the Standing Committee of the 15th National People’s Congress of Nantong held the 39th conference, to evaluate and discuss important items including planned budget. Appointment and removal of personal proposal was passed. Wu Xinming was appointed as the deputy mayor of Nantong government, he would also hold the post of acting mayor.
