On 8 November morning, 2022 China Nantong Jianghai talents entrepreneurship week and talent innovation ecological conference was open at Nantong international conference center.

At the opening ceremony, Nantong talent development group published ‘talent policy, innovation carrier, technology and finance, human resources, integration of industry and education, entertainment’ six in one all round full period talent service system.

In the present, there are over 1.45 million talents in Nantong. The number of high level talents reached 116 thousand. The number of talents with high technical skills is close to 500 thousand.
