A few days ago Department of Commerce of Jiangsu Province published announcement of publishing Jiangsu international cooperation parks development cases of Department of Commerce of Jiangsu Province, selected 9 model parks which have obvious effects in cooperation with designated countries, project attraction and investment promotion of designated countries, and improvement in cooperation system in Jiangsu province to promote. China-Austria Su Tong Eco-Park of Suxitong technological industrial park was shortlisted successfully. It is the only shortlisted industrial park in Nantong.

China-Austria Su Tong Eco-Park is a national cooperation project between China and Austria. In 2015, it ‘fell’ in Suxitong technological industrial park. In the past few years, China-Austria Su Tong Eco-Park has used cross border cooperation as power, increased cooperation with Austria in fields including technology, industry, investment and education, has formed good development trend. Up to June 2023, in total 131 foreign invested enterprises have been registered in China-Austria Su Tong Eco-Park; the actual utilized foreign capital is 1.6 billion U.S. dollars; the completed foreign trade import and export is about 45 billion yuan.
