On 31 August, Zilang area connecting line M4 started trial operation. The line starts from ‘Shajiawei Huayuan’ station, and ends at ‘Chongzhou avenue Chongchuan road intersection’ station.

In the past few days, events such as beer carnival, youth artificial intelligence challenge have been held in Zilang area. Citizens recognized the travel pattern of ‘underground railway + bus’. By survey of passenger flow at subway entrances, Nantong Public Transport Group decided to start connecting line M4.

Line M4 starts at ‘Shajiawei Huayuan’ stop, passes Jing Rui Yu Fu, talent apartment, Zilang technological park, Zilang Xintiandi, international convention center, and ends at ‘Chongzhou avenue Chongchuan road cross’ station. When it passes large residential apartment communities such as Shajiawei Huayuan, Jing Rui Yu Fu, talent apartment, it arranged stops at the north gate, south gate, and east gate of the communities, let citizens ‘get on the bus once exit the door’, which is more convenient to travel.

The ticket price of line M4 is 1 yuan. It operates every 10 minutes from 7:00 to 11:00, every 15 minutes from 11:00 to 11:30; every 10 minutes from 13:30 to 17:30, and every 15 minutes from 17:30 to 18:00.
