On 28th October, the third China National Penjing Exhibition and 2023 China (Rugao) Penjing Trade Fair opened in Rugao. 303 pieces of outstanding Penjing selected from places all over the state were exhibited together.

China Penjing Industry has developed for 20 years up to now. Rugao has always been a leading star Penjing city.

In the past few years, Rugao has focused on ‘high-grade, characteristic, small and mini scale’ transformation, and has made every effort to build trading platforms and manufacturing bases for national flower and tree Penjing consumption market. The planting area of Rugao flower and tree Penjing is 200 thousand mu. The annual production is 1 million pots. More than 100 thousand people work in this field. There are over 10 thousand agents. The annual output value of the whole industrial chain is over 20 billion yuan.
