‘In the past 10 years, our enterprise has increased more than 10 times investment in Suxitong Science and Technology Industrial Park, and the area of the plants has been increased more than 10 times. In the next two to three years, we will continue to increase the investment and the shares.’ On 9th November, the first Austrian manufacturing enterprise which settled after the China-Austria Su Tong Eco-Park was founded in Suxitong Science and Technology Industrial Park —— STIWA Nantong Automation Machinery Production Co., Ltd. celebrated its 10th anniversary of establishment. Peter Sticht, the Managing Director of the group, expressed a lot of confidence in deep ploughing in the development in the industrial park.
The STIWA Group is an enterprise with ample experiences in highly automated assembly and test fields. Its headquarters are located at Upper Austria of Austria. It has branches in Germany, the Unites States and China. It has 2225 employees all over the world. In 2013, STIWA Group settled in Suxitong Science and Technology Industrial Park, and planned the building of high-performance automated production lines.
‘In the past 10 years since it settled in the industrial park, STIWA Nantong company has become a benchmark enterprise in the industry, and the manufacturing base of STIWA Group in Asia.’ Peter Sticht looked back at the growth track of the enterprise in the industrial park: the plant area has been increased from more than 1000 square meters to more than ten thousand square meters; the registered capital has increased from the initial 1 million euros to 13 million euros, and the current output value has reached close to 200 million yuan.
STIWA also introduced the advanced education model in German-speaking countries —— Dual Education System to the industrial park, and has promoted its application continuously. Up to now, among the 160 employees of the company, 20 of them are apprentices of the Dual Education training. Apart from that, 12 apprentices have completed the training and entered the enterprise.
