From 1 January 2024, the sales prices of pipeline natural gas for residents in the main urban area will be adjusted.

The base of gas amount of the first step of residential gas prices is below (inclusive) 400 cubic meters, the sales price is 2.98 yuan/cubic meter; the base of the second step is 400 to 1000 (inclusive) cubic meters, the sales price is 3.43 yuan/cubic meter; the base of gas amount of the third step is above 1000 cubic meters, the sales price is 4.17 yuan/cubic meter.

According to the new price plan, the cost of gas usage will be increased. Take the first step users for example, after the price adjustment, there will be about 3.68 yuan increase in average monthly cost per house.
