On 24th December 2023, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation framework agreement between Nantong government and Southeast University was held at the Binjiang Conference Center.

Both parties will focus on in-depth cooperation in serving the maritime power strategy, further integrating scientific and innovation resources, building cooperation carriers and projects such as the Institute for Advanced Ocean Study, and deepening industry, learning, administration and research cooperation, to accelerate the building of a highland of innovation talents introduction and cultivation.

During the period, the delegation from Southeast University also carried out on-site visits and research.
