Recently, Nantong Bureau of Statistics published the economic operation conditions of Nantong from January to November 2023. From January to November 2023, the production supply of Nantong is stable and increasing, the market demand continues to improve, the transformation and upgrading have been promoted steadily, and the economy has kept a trend of recovering and improving.

In terms of industries, from January to November 2023, the industrial production of the city was generally stable. There is an increase of 8.6% in above scale industrial added value. Among the 34 major industry categories, 26 industries have kept increasing. The growth rate is 76.4%.

From January to November 2023, the consumption continued to recover. The realized total retail sales of consumer goods is 386.94 billion yuan, and there is an increase of 6.4%.
