On 27th January, the 9100-car capacity car carrier ship built lately by China Merchants Industry Haimen Base was undocked successfully. It is the 3rd one in the dual-fuel zero carbon Aurora Class car carrier project built by China Merchants Industry Haimen Base for the Norwegian owner.

The ship’s overall length is 199.9 m. The length between perpendiculars is 196.4 m. The transport capacity reaches 9100 cars. It can use LNG and conventional fuel. It is the most environmentally friendly car carrier in the world.
