On 22nd March, good news came from 2024 Disabled Track Cycling World Championship that Nantong player Qian Wangwei won the championship with 41.249 seconds at Women's C1 Class 500m Individual Time Trial, which was the second gold medal of the competition.

2024 Disabled Track Cycling World Championship opened at Rio de Janeiro on 20th March. 5 players of Chinese team participated in the competition on the first day, and won three gold, one silver and one bronze medals. In the final of women’s C1 class 3000 meters individual pursuit race, Qian Wangwei won the gold medal.
