From 15th to 18th March, the 10th International Symposium on Energy Utilization jointly organized by Nantong Institute of Technology, Nantong Association for Science and Technology, Doshisha University, and Chongchuan Association for Science and Technology was held in Nantong. Domestic and overseas experts and scholars gathered together, to discuss about research achievements and cooperation in fields such as new energy, energy usage, energy saving and emission reduction.

During the conference, 23 experts including Chenlin, a professor at University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Institute of Engineering Thermophysics, Chinese Academy of Science delivered thematic speeches respectively. The report Magnetic Fluid Refrigeration, ‘Future Heat Pump’ by Hiroshi Yamaguchi, Professor from Doshisha University in Japan and Academician of The Engineering Academy of Japan, attracted attention and discussion from attendees. Domestic and foreign scholars, teachers and students from universities in other cities also visited Jiangsu Huanyu International Economic and Technological Cooperation Co., Ltd, Nantong Huaxin Central Air Conditioning Co., Ltd and Rugao, carried out communication and discussion about potential cooperation opportunities.
