On 18th April, Suxitong Science and Technology Industrial Park and industrial clusters of Upper Austria State of Austria signed a project cooperation framework agreement.

In March 2012, as the only official cooperation park between China and Austria, China-Austria Su Tong Eco-Park project settled in Suxitong Industrial Park officially. Under the China-Austria cooperation framework, the park has kept close cooperation with Upper Austria State of the Republic of Austria, and signed cooperation framework agreements with industrial clusters of Upper Austria two times in 2017 and 2023. Up to now, many Upper Austria enterprises including STIWA, Starlim, and Bader Automobile have settled in Suxitong Industrial Park. Upper Austria is one of the federal states of Austria. As the economic center and manufacturing highland of Austria, the industrial output and export share of the state are both more than one fourth of the total values of Austria. It has significant influence in Austria.

According to the agreement, the two parties will further carry out economic and cultural exchanges. In fields including modern manufacturing technology, automobile, renewable energy, energy efficiency, high-end service, and life sciences, they will give full play to their respective strengths, explore cooperation mechanisms, to realize resource sharing and complementary advantages, and promote the sustainable development and improvement of economy of the two places.
