Recently, Nantong CIMC Sinopacific Offshore & Engineering Co., Ltd. and Avenir LNG Limited signed the order of two 20,000 cubic meters LNG transport and bunkering ships successfully. The ship type of the new order was designed and built independently by CIMC Sinopacific Offshore & Engineering. Its overall length is 160 meters and the moulded breath is 25 meters. The design speed is 15.5 knots.

In the past few years, CIMC Sinopacific Offshore & Engineering has successfully delivered two 20,000 cubic meters LNG transport and bunkering ships and two 7,500 cubic meters LNG transport and bunkering ships to Avenir LNG.

It is worth mentioning that the 20,000 cubic meters LNG transport and bunkering ship cooperated previously was not only the largest LNG bunkering vessel in the world at that time, but also the first ship in China which refuels LNG for international ships. It can transport LNG, and refuel LNG for other ships and terminals as well.
