On 3rd July, Taiping Road Bridge was completed and open to traffic. The bridge serves as an important access between Guanyinshan Street, Chongchuan District and Xingren Town, Tongzhou District.

‘Before the bridge was built, residents on both sides of Nantong-Lvsi Canal had to detour via Tongfu North Road, which took 15 minutes by bike. Now with the bridge, the travel time is reduced to 5 minutes.’ Chen Juan, Project Manager of Taiping Road Bridge project said.
