on 15th October, the 136th China Import and Export Fair opened in Guangzhou. The Canton Fair includes 3 phases, and each phase lasts 5 days. For phase 1, a total of 127 companies of the Nantong delegation participated, with 180 exhibition booths.

In phase 1 of the Canton Fair, the exhibits from the 127 Nantong participating companies cover multiple exhibition areas such as electric and electronic products, home appliances, consumer electronics and information products, hardware, tools, lighting products and processing machinery and equipment.

Sesame Tools Co., Ltd. is an enterprise focusing on general equipment manufacturing. On the afternoon of the first day of the Canton Fair, its workers received more than 100 clients from countries including Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Russia, and successfully confirmed the intention orders of nearly one million US dollars.

Phase 2 of the Canton Fair will focus on the theme of ‘quality home furnishing’. 45 Nantong companies will participate. There will be 59 exhibition booths, distributed in areas such as construction and decoration materials, kitchen appliances, household products, gifts and premiums, festive supplies, glass crafts, home decorations, garden supplies, and furniture. Phase 3 of the fair will focus on the theme of ‘good life’. 235 Nantong enterprises will participate. There will be 400 exhibition booths in exhibition areas including personal care products, maternity and child products, pet products, food, toys, medical and health products, medical devices, office stationery, luggage, sports, tourism and leisure products, shoes, men’s and women’s clothing, underwear, fur, leather, down and its products, clothing accessories, home textiles, textile raw materials and fabrics.
