A few days ago, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs published the list of the first batch of Establishments of Agricultural High-quality Development Standardization Demonstration Project (National Modern Agricultural Full Industry Chain Standardization Demonstration Base). Jiangsu Zhongyang Group Co., Ltd. (product: Puffer fish) was shortlisted. It is the only Nantong enterprise shortlisted.

Zhongyang Group has cultivated ‘Zhongyang No.1’ new species of puffer fish, drafted the puffer fish series national standard, mastered core technologies of puffer fish: ‘artificial propagation, poison control and healthy culture’, formed a complete industrial chain: ‘technological development, seed fish germplasm, seed fish breed, ecological culture, nutrient fodder, and product processing’, has national puffer fish seed field and national puffer fish culture industry well known brand demonstration zone.
