On 16 March, ‘one city, one hundred flavours, taste of Nantong’ Nantong prosperity of Chinese cuisine overseas promotion event was held in Hai’an.

At the same time, Nantong is ‘hometown of new overseas Chinese’ famous in China and in the world. There are more than 100 thousand new overseas Chinese whose hometown is in Nantong. The footprints are over more than 120 countries and areas in the world.

‘Prosperity of Chinese cuisine’ overseas promotion event, will promote Chinese cuisine to become a ‘national cultural name card’ to implement ‘the Belt and Road’ initiative effectively, help traditional Chinese food go beyond our country, and into the world.
